The Pool House (or Recreation Building) has a living room, kitchen, changing room and a squash court wihtin it.
The Play House is a 2/3 scale Tudor-like house that was a gift to Josephine from her grandmother Clara in 1930. The house contains miniature furnishings in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and sitting room.
The Gate Lodge contains two apartments that were once used for staff members and their families and a small apartment in the archway over the drive. This is also the sight of two popular exhibits: The Garage and the South Cottage.
