Garden City Park

Garden City Park is a very nice park that is a very popular local spot for walkers and joggers because of the very nice 1.2 mile paved path around the perimeter of it. It's also a very popular locations for baseball games and has an actively used children's play area. I like for not only the paved path, but the horse shoes area, batting cagesa and feeding the black squirrels.

Tidbits about Garden City

Garden City was the location of the first Kmart store (still in use), the first Little Caesars (also still in use), the first dine-in McDonalds in Michigan, and the honeymoon cottage of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ford.
