Garden City Park, Garden City, MI - Photo Gallery
Take a bike ride around the loop at Garden City Park. The video was taken on April 12, 2014, one of the first really nice days after the cold winter of 2013-2014. For that reason, and because it was a Saturday afternoon, the path was little busier than normal. Bikes are supposed to travel clockwise, walkers counter-clockwise.
The path around the park is very nice like this picture below. The black squirrels will be abound hoping for a little food from you ;-)
I sometimes take a little detour and bike or jog up this hill.
I walk through these areas to feel a little more nature and feed the black squirrels.
This gentleman was playing horse shoes the same day I was there playing. Quite enjoyable game.

This is the ice rink. They dump the ice/snow on the side of the building after cleaning the rink and I've seen owners of huskies and such take their dogs to play on it in the hot summer - they love it!
Batting cages are fun and they have a covered concession stand with pop, water, and snacks.
Darn cute black squirrels. Not sure why this little fella is holding his arm up, almost like its hurt or he's holding some little treat.
They're fun to feed nuts.
That guys loving that acorn!
I think he's thinking where's the food I was supposed to bring for him - opps, sorry!
