Lower Huron Metro Park
Lower Huron Metro Park is a large park at 1,257 acres located in Belleville, MI. The Huron River runs through the park and the park is a very popular location for walkers, bikers, and roller bladders. The park is also a great location for picnics, basketball, volleyball, tennis and golf. In the Winter, the parks offers ice skating and x-country skiing.
Water Park
What attracts a lot of visitors to this park, however, is its water park. The Turtle Cove Aquatic Center features two water slides, a childre's sprayscape with a 300-gallon dumping bucket, an endless lazy river and a zero-depth entry pool with lap lanes.
