There are two bridges to Grosse IIe. This is the Elizabeth Park entrance.
A quick stop in Elizabeth Park before going onto the Island.

There are several golf clubs on the Island. I parked at one to bike.

I'd like to kayak the canals on the Island, but need to find somewhere to launch.
I really enjoyed bikng the island, but there are no bike paths on the roads the go around the perimter of the island. There is a formal bike pathway in the interior of the island. But, there were still many other people walking, jogging and biking the perimeter of the island so those driving around it know to be aware of us.
There's a factory across the island.
